We provide a 22-day replacement warranty for any tool access issues. If your access stops working within 22 days of delivery, we'll replace it.
Applicable as long as it continues to work through the month.
How to Request Replacement
Email Support@tooltrust.store with your issue description and order proof (screenshot or email confirmation). We'll process your request promptly.
What We Offer
We may replace your access with new credentials or provide an alternative working access for the same tool at no additional cost.
Exclusions
Replacement is NOT available if you violate the device policy (using more than 2 devices), share credentials publicly, or misuse access.

Please keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. This is required by customer support and helps speed up the replacement process.
