Device Limit Policy
Each account can be used on a maximum of 2 devices only. If you log in on more than 2 devices, your access will be removed without refund.
Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended by Tool Trust for policy violations, misuse, or abuse across any tools. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Digital Service Policy

Refunds are generally not provided after access credentials are delivered, as this is a digital service. Exceptions may be made only if we fail to deliver working access.
